Board Certified Behavior Analyst

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Dogwood, you will be an integral part of our mission of working together to reach each child’s potential.  You will specialize in providing individualized care that is comprehensive, naturalistic, and developmentally appropriate, and we will help you stay on the cutting edge of quality care in early intervention.

All Dogwood BCBAs receive tailored support from our clinical leadership team, and we thrive on collaboration to expand our knowledge base as the field continues to evolve.  Whether you are newly certified or have multiple years of experience, we will help you to maximize your clinical impact through small caseload sizes (6-8 clients) and clinical effectiveness measures.

Come join a team where we apply the principles of behavior analysis to everything we do - working with clients, developing behavior technicians, supporting families, and helping you meet your professional goals.  We’d love to show you the Dogwood Difference!

Clinical Leaders

As a Clinical Leader at Dogwood, you have the opportunity to extend your impact beyond a caseload to the clinic- or region-wide level.  Our Clinical Leaders apply the science of behavior analysis to a variety of clinical and operational initiatives, monitoring progress on key performance indicators and working closely with the Executive Team to develop their leadership and management skills.

Dogwood Clinical Leaders are BCBAs who have achieved a level of excellence in clinical practice and serve as models and supervisors to our BCBA team.  They direct our team’s mission and embody our four core values, making data-based decisions and driving large-scale clinical quality every day to help each client reach their potential.
